Terri Powers, owner and founder of the Agency, has eight years experience as an insurance agent and many years of professional business and management experience.  When Terri decided to open her own agency, she looked first to her customers to determine how she would operate her business.  This pointed clearly to the decision to become an independent insurance agency, allowing her to represent many companies in order to find the best insurance options for her clients. 

A lifelong resident of Oregon City, Terri has long been involved in the community, serving as Chairperson of the Oregon City Planning Commission for many years, participating on several other boards and commissions, and working with the Barclay Hills Neighborhood Association to manage development in her neighborhood.  Terri is currently a member of the Board of Main Street Oregon City.

Sara Dier is a graduate of Oregon State University, and she is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance with the State of Oregon.

Sara’s background is in non-profit work and publishing, and she has spent much of her free time volunteering for various non-profit publishers.  Last year Sara spent time abroad working for a PR Firm and absorbing the history and culture of England and Scotland. 

Jaime will soon graduate from Portland State University with a Business Degree, focused in finance, and has the distinction of making the Dean’s List.  Licensed in property and casualty, he is drawing on his 4H experience as he develops a specialized interest in farm coverage.

As a lifelong resident of rural Oregon City, Jaime enjoys being involved in the community.  While attending Oregon State University, Jaime assisted the University by participating in fundraising activities, and he was actively involved in building homes for children in Mexico and reading to children after school.
